About Mike
Mike brings the empathy, patience, and strong work ethic he learned through years of working directly with people to his role as the firm’s Client Intake & Support Specialist.
Before joining the firm, Mike’s path took him through sales, marketing, real estate, and education—fields that may seem different on the surface, but each taught him how to listen, communicate clearly, and understand people at important moments in their lives. Those experiences shaped the way Mike approaches his work today. When someone reaches out to us, often during one of the most difficult times they will ever face, Mike considers it a privilege to be the first person they speak with.
Mike takes care to create a space where individuals feel safe, respected, and heard. His role is not only to gather information, but to offer steadiness and compassion as they share their story, sometimes for the first time. It is important to Mike and our whole team that every person who contacts our firm feels supported from the very beginning, and Mike approaches that responsibility with sincerity and care. Our goal is to help people take their first step forward with trust and without judgment, knowing they are not alone.
